Start-up CarbExplore B.V – established in May 2017 –moves into Innolab Agrifood in the Innovation Centre of Avebe on Zernike Campus. On September 18th the official opening was in the Atrium of the Avebe Innovation Centre. CarbExplore works on the development of so called carbohydrate-active engineered enzymes, that make the manufacture of functional carbohydrates for food, nutrition and nutraceutical applications possible.
